The goal was to design a house that will be the apropriate answer to the needs of the average young families in terms of the budget, scale, level of comfort and its architectural langueage.

The main point in the design is logical layout with plenty of storage space, while a very efficient spatial concept. The open living space is dominant on the ground floor and is lighted by the skylight above the gallery.

1 st floor is divided into three rooms - 2 rooms and sanitary facilities. Value of the private floor increases generous terrace bordered by the attics of the  house.
