Seven new flats on the rooftop of the existing residential block offer ecological housing design for the SINGLES - person who lives alone, is a young, economically secure, active. The rooftop living benefits from the location of the top of the 8th-floor building and bring its residents beautiful views of the city of Liberec and Ještěd, while meeting demands for quality "single" life.

Superstructure meets the low-energy standards and is designed in the simple elegant way using natural materials - timber and wooden stuctures.
