Residential building for students seeks to meet as much as possible of young people needs and their lifestyle.

The complex consists of three overlapping volumes. The largest portion of the space is occupied by the lucrative student housing. Middle part consists of the common areas such as library, playroom, restaurant, study rooms, which are in use by all the students and have also function for socializing and meeting young peolple from different classes . In the other wing are located basic double rooms for students on budget.
